Welcome to Awakened Soul Academy. By enrolling in any course, membership, workshop, program, meditation, or digital resource, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Agreement.

Educational Purpose

All content provided through Awakened Soul Academy is intended for educational, personal development, and self-awareness purposes only. The information shared is designed to support your personal growth and wellbeing and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

No Medical or Mental Health Advice

Angelique Van Ette is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or licensed mental health professional. The teachings, energy healing demonstrations, guided meditations, coaching, and educational materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.

Energy Healing & Spiritual Content

Participants are encouraged to use discernment and engage only with practices they feel comfortable undertaking.

Course Access

Your enrolment provides access only to the course or membership purchased. Access may vary depending on the program and may be limited by subscription or membership terms.

Sharing login details or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All Academy content, including videos, recordings, workbooks, PDFs, meditations, graphics, branding, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of Awakened Soul Academy.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, taught, resold, uploaded, or shared in any form without prior written permission.

Payments & Refunds

Unless otherwise stated, all course and digital product purchases are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided to digital content.

Payment plans must be completed in accordance with the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or removal of course access.

Community Guidelines

Members agree to communicate respectfully within the Academy community. Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, or sharing confidential information about other members may result in removal from the Academy without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awakened Soul Academy and Angelique Van Ette are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in Academy programs or the use of Academy materials.

Changes to These Terms

Awakened Soul Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Academy following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
